Our Refund Policy
We offer no refunds to leads which are forwarded, but do work to add credits if the purchaser can demonstrate that the lead provided is not qualified somehow. A referal could have filled out information that was incorrect in someway, such as financial requirements that were not met, or you may have recieved a lead in a state in which you don't offer a franchise opportunity. In either case we work to provide a replacement lead and will offer a credit to the original lead which would be credited in the Members Utilities under Credits Added.
